“DILEMMA COACHING”

Sometimes we need just one thing resolved to make the big difference.

That one thing that if we could only spend some focussed time on, would improve life immeasurably.

In these three sessions, we zone in on that one thing and together look for the best solution, that can help you confidently turn the corner. You will leave session one with clarity around the issue and clear and achievable actions. Session two will be our chance to consolidate, fine-tune and power it forward. The third session is where we reflect on the effect of those actions. We will refine if changes need still to be implemented, and ensure it is all on course to be completed, with a smile.

The key is to bring with you the phrase:

“I’d love to __________, but __________.”

And we’ll take it from there!

That one thing can be related to work, personal life, wellbeing, life purpose… you name it.
